Dean Francis is the award-winning director of the Australian supernatural thriller ROAD TRAIN, which will be released theatrically in late 2010, as well as over a dozen acclaimed short films.

He is a graduate of the Australian Film Television and Radio School Master of Arts Directing Program where he won the prize for Best Directed Drama. Dean’s work has had over a hundred film festival screenings and his short film VERMIN was nominated for an Australian Directors Guild Award.

He is also an award-winning cinematographer and has credits as a producer in television and short films.
